Charlotte Lacy founded Home Connect Property Solutions, LLC out of a calling to serve others during some of life’s most challenging seasons. Guided by faith, wisdom, and compassion, she approaches real estate as an opportunity for restoration, empowerment, and stewardship.
As Program Director of the H.O.T. Program (Home Ownership Transformation Program), Charlotte helps families pursue homeownership through a rent-to-own initiative designed to empower individuals and families. She also provides pre-foreclosure support, rehabs/fix & flip, and wholesale solutions with creative financing, helping individuals and families navigating housing transitions find ethical, practical options.
With a heart for encouragement and a commitment to integrity, Charlotte walks alongside people facing housing uncertainty—listening carefully, teaching patiently, and serving responsibly. At Home Connect Property Solutions, the mission is to honor people, protect homes when possible, and support families as they move forward with dignity, peace, and purpose.
